Tessonics, the leader in Ultrasound Spot Weld Testing, is now releasing its new Tessonics Thickness Gauge TTG 1. The TTG 1 is a state-of-the-art economic thickness gauge with flexible ultrasound probe options. Its ergonomic and robust design allows for one-hand operations and convenient field usage.
Thee TTG 1’s different operation modes (Digit, A-scan and B-scan) make it suitable for simple wall thickness measurements as well as for corrosion testing with data logging.

TTP probes

TTP probes were specifically designed for the use with the Tessonics TTG 1 and cover a wide range of application areas:
  • TTP 101: 5 MHz, Ø 10/2 mm
  • TTP 102: 10 MHz, Ø 6/2 mm
  • TTP 103:  2.5 MHz, Ø 12/2 mm



Scope of delivery

The Tessonics wall thickness gauge TTG 1 is provided with:

  • TTG 1 device
  • Ultrasound probe TTP101, 5 MHz (as ordered)
  • Ultrasound probe TTP102, 10MHz (as ordered)
  • Ultrasound probe  TTP103; 2,5 MHz (as ordered)
  • Cable (2x Lemo00 to 2x Lemo00) 
  • Probe reference (6 mm) 
  • Charger (EU or GB)
  • Micro-USB-cable
  • Carrying case
  • Manual on USB-stick 
  • Bottle of ultrasound couplant (500 ml)
A 7-step reference block (1, 2, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15 mm) can be ordered as an option.
