Spot-weld testing
RSWA (Resistance Spot Weld Analyzer) is an ultrasonic device designed for quality control and NDE of resistance spot welds. RSWA is as a portable and simple-in-operation device capable of producing images of spot weld’s internal structures.
Testing of Adhesive Joints
The Adhesive Bond Inspection System (ABIS) was developed for NDT of adhesive joints in automotive and aerospace assemblies. This system employs a matrix array of small flat ultrasonic transducers for evaluation of the adhesive joint without mechanical scanning.

Inline Testing of
Spot-welds
RIWA is the ultrasonic device capable of measuring a spot weld quality immediately after the weld is produced. A high frequency ultrasonic transducer is integrated into the welding electrode. This transducer generates ultrasonic waves that pass through the electrode cap into the welded plates. These waves are reflected back and received by the same transducer.

How to reach us
By car: Frechen-Königsdorf is easy to reach via highways. You can reach us either by taking highway A1, exit "Köln-Lövenich", or highway A4 coming from direction of Aachen via exit "Frechen-Nord". We recommend to use the park and ride parking lot at the train station which can be reached via the access on Augustinus street.
By train: Our office is located within walking distance to the station Frechen-Königsdorf. We are easy to reach from Cologne central station as well as Cologne-Bonn airport.
